Elite Transmission Rebuilders provides automatic transmission rebuilding, valve body reconditioning, diagnostics, and related services from our facility at 9908-B County Road 64, Daphne, AL 36526, serving vehicle owners and partner repair shops across the Gulf Coast. Service availability, pricing, and turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on vehicle condition, parts availability, and current shop workload.
3. Quotes & Estimates
Quotes requested through this website are estimates based on the information you provide and are subject to change following an in-person or bench inspection of the vehicle or unit. Final pricing will be confirmed with you before any work begins.
4. Warranty
Bench-built transmission rebuilds are covered by our Nationwide Limited Warranty Policy, which is a separate document available on our Warranty Information page. Warranty coverage is conditional on the Installing Shop completing all requirements described in that policy, including timely submission of the Installation Checklist. Nothing in these Terms of Service modifies or supersedes the warranty policy.
5. Installing Shop & Customer Responsibilities
Installing shops and vehicle owners are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and contact information, following all installation and post-installation requirements referenced in our warranty policy, and promptly reporting any suspected defects. Failure to do so may affect warranty eligibility but does not otherwise limit your rights under these Terms.
6. Website Use
This website and its content — including text, images, and forms — are provided for the purpose of learning about our services and requesting quotes, diagnostics, or warranty activation. You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information through our forms, or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Transmission Rebuilders is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services, including towing, rental, loss of use, or loss of income. Our liability for any service is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective component, consistent with our warranty policy.
